Scope: Coordination with Client, contractor, subs, and architect. We designed & developed the over all layout and flow of back & front of house. created construction documents including mep. handed them over for  Brockett architect to review & stamp. Participated in the demo of the original establishment "Spikes". And facilitated the completion of the project.
